You can get a new firmware over the air.

To update the firmware by this method, press the Installation > Firmware Upgrade menu.

Selecting the Start option starts firmware update

On the left table is presented the transponder information appointed by the manufac- turer Topfield for firmware update.

This transponder information can be changed. You can get the information at the Topfield web site, http://www.i-topfield. com.

7.2From your computer via RS-232 port

It is possible to transfer a new firmware to the digital receiver from your computer connecting them with a RS-232 cable. You need TFD-Down, the firmware transfer utility for this, which is available at the Topfield web site, http://www.i-topfield. com.
