6.3 How to use on-screen keyboard
You can move the highlight key horizontally
withthe
V−
and
V+
buttonsand vertically with
the
P+
and
P−
buttons. Pressing the
OK
button
ona key enters its letter in the input line. Totype
aspace, select the Space key. To type lower case
lettersor numerals, select the Other key.
Todelete a letter, put the cursor to the right of the desired letter
onthe input line and then select the Del key. You must select
theSave key to complete naming; otherwise, if you press the
EXIT button,it will not be named.
6.4 Transferringreceiver data
Thedigital receiver retains the following data:
• Satellite and transponder data
• Services list
• Favourite lists
• Preference settings
It is possible to transfer the receiverdata from the digital re-
ceiverto another same digital receiver by connecting them with
aRS-232 cable. Tohave the receiver data transferred, perform
thefollowing steps:
