Battery safety

Your Toshiba phone is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full performance of a new battery is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles. The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times but it will eventually wear out. When the talk and standby times are noticeably shorter than normal, it is recommended that you buy a new battery.

A new battery, or one that has not been used for a long time, could have reduced capacity during initial use.

The battery can only be charged in temperatures between +5 °C (+41 °F) and +35°C (+95 °F).

Only use batteries approved by Toshiba and only recharge the battery with the recommended charger supplied by Toshiba.

When the charger is not in use, disconnect it from the power source.

Do not leave the battery connected to the charger and power source for longer than necessary as overcharging will shorten the lifespan of the battery.
