Cannot make or	• Check the signal strength indicator. If the display indicates a poor signal adjust

video calls	• A video call can only be made or received in an area with 3G coverage. Ensure
	that the sign for indicating you are in an area with 3G coverage appears on the
	display in standby mode.
	• If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times in a row, the PIN lock will be
	set, preventing calls being made because access to the SIM card is blocked (pg
	60). Enter the PUK code to cancel the PIN lock.
	• If the indicator appears on the display, enter your security code to cancel the
	phone lock.
Cannot use the Web	• Check your subscription status. Contact your service provider.
	• The network settings may be incorrect. Check the network settings. For details
	on network settings, contact your service provider.
Cannot use SMS	• Check your subscription status. Contact your service provider.
and MMS	• Ensure that the service centre number is correct. For details on the service
