Using the TouchPad™

5Select Disable or Enable, whichever is appropriate.

6Click Apply.

7Click OK.

The Mouse Properties window closes.

8Close the Printers and Other Hardware window.

9Close the Control Panel window.

The Fn + F9 shortcut can be used to enable or disable the

TouchPad. See “Disabling or enabling the TouchPad” on

page 207.

DVD-ROM or multi-function drive problems You press the disc eject button, but the drive tray does not slide out. Some discs run correctly but others do not. The disc will not come out of the drive when you click the eject button on the screen. Sound system problems You do not hear any sound from the computer.
