HDD −> FDD −> CD- The looks for bootable files in the following order:

ROM −> LAN HDD, floppy disk drive*1, CD-ROM*2and LAN (Default).

HDD −> CD-ROM−> The computer looks for bootable files in theLAN −> FDD following order: HDD, CD-ROM*2, LAN andfloppy disk drive*1.FDD −> CD-ROM−> The computer looks for bootable files in theLAN −> HDD following order: floppy disk drive*1, CD-ROM*2, LAN and HDD.CD-ROM−> LAN −> The computer looks for bootable files in theHDD −> FDD following order: CD-ROM*2, LAN, HDD, floppy disk drive*1.

CD-ROM−> LAN −> The computer looks for bootable files in the

FDD −> HDD following order: CD-ROM*2, LAN, floppy disk drive*1 and HDD.

You can override the settings and manually select a boot device by pressing one of the following keys while the computer is booting:

USelects the USB floppy disk drive.NSelects the Network.1Selects the primary HDD.CSelects the CD-ROM*2.

*1 FDD is looked for when the boot disk is contained in external FDD. When SD memory card is set as the boot disk, external FDD is looked for first. Next, SD memory card is looked for.

*2 In this computer, CD-ROM refers to the Fixed optical media drive. To change the boot drive, follow the steps below.

1.Hold down F12 and boot the computer.

2.The following menu will be displayed with the following icons: Built-in HDD, CD-ROM, FDD (or SD memory card), Network (LAN) boot.

A bar will appear only under the selected device.
