What could I do if I forgot the username and Cassword of the

Router?
You can restore the Router to factory defaults, please refer to 1 .2
Appearance of this Installation G uide for detail. The default management
address of the Router is http://192.168.0.1, default username and password
are both admin. All your current settings will be cleared after the Router is
restored. If you have backup configuration, please import it now.
Why does the PWR LED work abnormally?

The PWR LED should be lit up when the power system works normally. If the
PWR LED worked abnormally, please check as follows:
Make sure th at the power cable is connected properly, and t he power 1.
contact is normal.
Make sure the voltage of the power supply meets the requirement of the 2.
input voltage of the Router.
What could I do if I could not access the web-based conguration

You are recommended to check the following items:
Check every port LED on the Router and make sure th e cable is installed 1.
properly.
Try anoth er por t on the Rout er and make su re the cable meets the 2.
requirement and works normally.
Turn off the power. After a while, turn on the power again.3.
Make sure the I P address of yo ur PC is set within the subne t of t he 4.

Router to its factory defaults. Then t he IP address s hould be set a s
192.168.0.x ( “x” is any nu mber fr om 2 to 2541 and S ubnet Ma sk as
255.255.255.0.
