Update Click this button to start the Firmware upgrade. Note than any users
accessing the Internet via the TVP-224HR will lose their connection.
When the upgrade is finished, the TVP-224HR will restart, and this
management connection will be unavailable during the restart.
Cancel Cancel does NOT stop the Upgrade process if it has started. It only
clears the input for the "Upgrade File" field.
To perform the Firmware Upgrade:
1. Click the "Browse" button and navigate to the location of the upgrade file.
2. Select the upgrade file. It's name will appear in the Upgrade File field.
3. Click the "Update" button to commence the firmware upgrade.
The TVP-224HR is unavailable during the upgrade
process, and must restart when the upgrade is
completed. Any connections to or through the TVP-
224HR will be lost.
Access Control
This feature is accessed by the navigating to the Access Control menu.
The Access Control feature allows administrators to restrict the level of Internet Access
available to PCs on your LAN. With the default settings, everyone has unrestricted Internet
access.
To use this feature:
1. Set the desired restrictions on the "Default" group. All PCs are in the "Default" group
unless explicitly moved to another group.
2. Set the desired restrictions on the other groups ("Group 1", "Group 2", "Group 3" and
"Group 4") as needed.
3. Assign PC to the groups as required.
Restrictions are imposed by blocking "Services", or types of
connections. Common Services have not been re pre-defined.
