4 – Connection to SNMPWEBCARD and ENVIROSENSE
Security/Environmental Monitoring
The SRSWITCH is for use only with Tripp Lite’s SNMPWEBCARD and ENVIROSENSE. The SNMPWEBCARD connects your UPS system or PDU to your Ethernet network as a manageable device that supports remote monitoring, remote control and remote condition reporting via Tripp Lite’s FREE PowerAlert software.
The ENVIROSENSE environmental sensor relays ambient temperature and humidity readings to the SNMPWEBCARD installed in a compatible UPS or PDU*. The sensor also sends and receives contact closure signals, communicating with up to four compatible devices (such as smoke detectors, fire alarms and security systems).
The ENVIROSENSE supports up to four contact closure connections labeled “Security”, “Smoke”, “Fire” and “Water” for convenience, but each of them can connect with any type of contact closure device.

Limited Warranty
Seller warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of initial purchase. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Seller will repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR OR TO DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT. SELLER MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE; AND THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
