Dirty air filter
Incorrect carburetor mixture adjustment setting

Replace the fuel filter
Move to Position 3
Replace spark arrester screen.
Remove, clean and reinstall filter.
Have carburetor adjusted by Authorized Service Center
ENGINE HESITATES
