Storing Caller ID data in Speed Dial Memory

Data (Caller ID names/numbers) shown in the Caller ID list can be stored in memory dialing. For instructions on viewing the Caller ID data, see page 35.

1)Press call id/menu (call id on the base). Select the phone number to be stored from the Caller ID list by

pressing the volume up or down key ( / / /volume or / / /select/volume).

2)Press memory (mem on the base).

3)Enter a number (0 - 9) or press the volume up or down

key ( / / /volume or / / /select/volume) to select the memory location to be stored.

4)Press select/int’com (set on the base). You hear a confirmation tone, and the number is stored in memory. The display returns to the Caller ID data.

note

You can not store a Caller ID message if no phone number appears in the message.
