xIn standby: start a telephone call using a paired Bluetooth phone.

xWhile a paired phone is ringing: answer the incoming call.

xDuring a CellLink call: switch to a waiting call.

xIn standby or during a call: open the Caller ID list.

xWhen entering text: move the cursor to the right.
