CLEAN UNIT & LABELS
•Stop the unit and disconnect the ex- tension cord.
•Clean the unit using a damp cloth with a mild detergenL
•Wipe off unit with a clean dry cloth.
HOW TO REMOVE AN OBJECT FROM THE AIR INTAKE
NOTE: If the unit becomes dogged, or an object is drawn into the air intake, stop the unit and disconnect the exten- sion cord. Wait untilthe impeller has completely stopped turning, then re- move the vacuum tubes. Carefutty
reach into the vacuum opening and clear out the air intake area.
Inspect the impellerfor cracks. If
Prepare unit for storage at the end of the season or if it will not be used for
30days or more.

CLEAN COLLECTION BAG
IMPORTANT: THE COLLECTION BAG MUST BE PROPERLY EMPTIED.
•YOUmust properly empty and main- tain the collectionbag to avoid dete- riorationand obstruc_n of air flow.
•Stop the unit and disconnectthe ex- tension cord.
•Remove the bag and empty after each use. Do not store bag without emptyingthe bag of all contents.
•Wash the bag once a year by turning inside out and washing with a water hose. Be sure to let bag dry com- pletely before reusing the unit.

•Clean air vents and air inlet of debds.
•Store your unit and extension cord in a well ventilated area and covered, if
possible,to prevent dust and dirt ac- cumulation. Do not cover with plastic. Plastic cannot breathe and may cause condensationand eventual rust or corrosion.
•Check entire unitfor loose screws, nuts, and bolts. Replace any dam- aged, worn, or broken parts.
