7.32 Storage management setting

Currently it’s for local storage (SD, CF card)

Group: disk_i<0~(n-1)>n is the total number of storage devices. (capability.storage.dbenabled > 0)

Group: roi_c<0~(n-1)>for n channel product, and m is the number of streams which support ROI. (capability.eptz > 0)
