NetworKam is able to monitor the video signal if the objects in the image are moved. To use motion detection, check "Upload snapshot while motion detected" and then click on 
to tune "Object size" and "Sensitivity" to reduce the false alarm. The larger object size and lower sensitivity will make NetworKam ignore small variations in images.
To configure DI/DO, there are four extended I/O scripts. Motion detection can be considered here to drive digital outputs. The format will explain below and no space is needed among each parameters. It also applies to CONFIG.INI when using FTP.
