How do you get warranty servi ce?

Before calling for service, ple ase review the user’s manual - a c heck of the Product’s con trols and features may save you a ser vice call.
Except as provided by applicable law, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit and transportation and are responsible for delivery
or handling charges incurre d in the transport of th e Product(s) to the servic e location. VTech will retur n repaired or replaced Pr oduct under
this limited warranty. Transportation, deli very or handli ng charges are prepaid. VTech as sumes no risk for damage or loss of the Product
in transit. If the Product failur e is not covered by this limited w arranty, or proof of purchase does not meet the terms of thi s limited warranty,
VTech will notify you and will request that you authorize the cost of repair prior to any further repair activity. You must pay for the cost of repair
and return shipping costs for the r epair of Products that are not c overed by this limited warran ty.
What must you return with the Pro duct to get warranty s ervice?
1. Return the entire original package and c ontents including the Pr oduct to the VTech servic e location along with a d escription of the
malfunction or difcult y; and
2. Include a “valid proof of purch ase” (sales receipt) identi fying the Product pur chased (Product model ) and the date of purchase or
receipt; and
3. Provide your name, complete and corr ect mailing address, an d telephone number.
Other Limitations
This warranty is the compl ete and exclu sive agreement between you and VTech. I t supersedes all other written or oral communi cations
related to this Product. VTech provides no other warranties for this Product. The warranty exclusively describes all of VTech’s responsibilities
regarding the Product. T here are no other expre ss warranties. No one is authorized to make m odications to thi s limited warranty an d you
should not rely on any such modic ation.
State/Provincial Law Rights: This warra nty gives you specic legal rig hts, and you may also have other rights, which var y from state to state
or province to province.
Limitations: Implied warranties, including thos e of tness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warrant y that the Product
is t for ordinary use) are limited to one year from the date of purchase. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall VTech be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential,
or similar damages (includi ng, but not limited to lo st prots or revenue, ina bility to use the Pro duct or other assoc iated equipment, the c ost
of substitute equipment, and claims by third partie s) resulting from the use of this Product. Some states /provinces do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or co nsequential damages, s o the above limitation or exclu sion may not apply to you.
