•Damage by negligence, misuse, or accident.

•Lack of performance due to incompatibility with the equipment of any particular telephone company.

•Modifications to the Walker W-300 to make it compatible with any particular telephone company.

•Damage or failure caused by modification or repair other than that done by Walker Equipment.

•Damage to the Walker W-300 resulting from improper installation or operation.
