ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
A. HI-LIMIT THERMOSTAT
1. Install THERMOWELL in lower threaded hole in frypot. Use

NOTE: The thermobulb sits in the thermowell, and not directly in the hot oil. Thus it is not necessary to

1.Install THERMOCOUPLE in upper threaded hole in frypot. Use
2.Tighten using a slotted 9/16" deepwell socket or offset flare nut wrench, taking care to not damage the thermocouple leads.
