ITEMS COVERED
Defects in workmanship that prevent the full or partial correct operation of the appliance, existing within the terms covered by this warranty. In this case, the appliance will be repaired free of charge for the buyer or user. If replacement of any of the components, parts or the appliance is necessary, the grantor will pay for the cost. Likewise, the grantor will pay for the costs of transportation within the service area and the labor costs resulting from the performance of this warranty.
THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
When the product has been used under other than normal conditions (the refrigerator is not intended for commercial or industrial use).
When the product has not been used according to the refrigerator’s Use & Care Guide.
When the product has been altered or repaired by people or establishments not authorized by Whirlpool Service™.
PROCEDURE TO ENFORCE THE WARRANTY

TERM
This warranty is valid for ONE YEAR on all its parts and 3 years on the sealed system, from the purchase date.
NOTE: The sealed refrigeration system comprises: COMPRESSOR, EVAPORATOR, DRYING STRAINER, CONDENSER, CONNECTING

This document must be submitted for any proceeding related with the warranty of the products acquired within the Mexican Republic, duly stamped by the establishment where the product was bought; keep it in a safe place; if you bought the product abroad visit the retailer/distributor where you bought the product.
