!SETTING FOOD AMOUNTPROCEDURE

1	ROIIS,	l-6	pieces	Arrange on a double layer of paper towels; cover with another
	Muffins			towel.
2	Casserole	l-4	cups	To reheat, flatten on plate or place in bowl. Cover with vented
				plastic wrap. Stir before sewing, if possible.
3	Baked	l-6	med size	Prick place on paper towel directly on turntable. After cooking,
	Potatoes			remove from oven and let stand wrapped in foil 5 minutes.
4	Fresh	1-4 cups		Place in a microwave-safe container. For beans, carrots, corn,
	Vegetablea			and peas, add 1 tablespoon water per cup. For broccoli,
				brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower, cook immediately
				after washing with no additional water. If you like tender-crisp
				vegetables, set the Auto Cook quantity for half the amount of
				vegetables you are actually cooking. For example, when
				cooking 2 cups of vegetables, set AUTO COOK for 1 cup.
				Cover with lid or plastic wrap. After cooking, remove from
				oven, stir, cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
5	Frozen	l-4	cups	Place in a microwave-safe container. Cover with lid or plastic
	Vegetable8			wrap. After cooking remove from oven, stir, cover and let
				stand 3 minutes before serving.
