l If you want the food to broil slower from the start, set the Oven Temperature Control between 15O”and 325°F (655”and 162.7”C). The lower the temperature, th-e slower the cooking.

The Oven Vent

Hot air and moisture escape from the oven through a vent under the right rear surface unit. You can cook on the unit, or keep food warm on it while the oven is on.

CAUTION: Plastic utensils left over the vent can melt.

Do not block the vent. Poor baking can result
