Burn and Product Damage Hazard

If the pan Is too small for the surface unit, you could be burned by the heat from the exposed sectton of the surface unlt. Use correctty sized cooklng utensils to prevent Injury.

If a surface unlt stays red for a long time, the bottom of the pan Is not flat enough or Is too small for the surface unlt. Prolonged usage of Incorrect utensils for long perlods of tlme can result In damage to the surface unlt, oooktop, wlrtng and surroundlng areas. To prevent damage, use correct utenslls, start cooklng on HI and turn control down to conttnue cooklng.
