TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
When the air conditioner does not work, it is sometimes a minor problem which the user can handle. Before calling customer service, please check the following points to see if they solve your problem. Additional troubleshooting tips may be found on our website at: www.windchaserproducts.com.
