CUB CADET 475 LOADER

Remove Hydraulic Fittings

Use thread sealant on pipe threads. Be careful not to use excess sealant that could enter hydraulic system.

NOTE: Some fittings in hose kit will not be used for this installation.

1.Remove female quick coupler (C), dust plug, and elbow (B) from the RETURN port (T) on the hydraulic manifold. Leave adapter (E) in place. See Figure 14.

2.Remove hose (A) from elbow in the PRESSURE port (P) on the hydraulic manifold.

3.Disconnect hose (D) from PBY port on the hydraulic manifold.

Loader Fittings

A.-------- Hose, 28” x 3/8 NPTM x 3/8 NPTM

B.-------- Elbow, 3/8 NPTM x 3/8 NPTM

C.------- Quick coupler, male 3/8

D.-------- Hose, 40” x 3/8 NPTM x 1/2 NPTM

E.-------- Adapter, 3/8 BSPTM x 3/8 NPTF

Install Hydraulic Fittings

1.Rotate elbow (B) and male quick coupler (C) in the PBY port (N) to point to the rear. See Figure 15.

2.Attach tee (5) to adapter (E) and point center port to the front.

3.Attach elbow (4) and male quick coupler (3) to the end of tee (5). Point elbow and quick coupler to the rear.

4.Attach elbow (4) and female quick coupler (2) to the center port of tee (5). Point quick coupler upward.

5.Rotate elbow (F) in the PRESSURE port (P) to point to the rear.

6.Attach female quick coupler (2) to hose (8). Attach hose (8) to elbow (F).
