ASSEMBLY
DEALER SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly of this Box Scraper and Rear Blade is the responsibility of the WOODS dealer. It should be deliv- ered to the owner completely assembled and adjusted for normal conditions.
Complete the Check Lists on page 17 before delivering the attachment to the customer.
The Box Scraper and Rear Blade are shipped partially assembled. Assembly will be easier if components are aligned and loosely assembled before tightening hard- ware. Recommended torque values for hardware are located on page 20.
Before dismounting power unit or performing any service or maintenance, follow these steps: disengage power to equipment, lower the
NEVER GO UNDERNEATH EQUIPMENT. Never place any part of the body underneath equipment or between moveable parts even when the engine has been turned off. Hydraulic system
•Service work does not require going under- neath.
•Read Operator's Manual for service instruc- tions or have service performed by a qualified dealer.
Keep all persons away from operator control area while performing adjustments, service, or maintenance.
CAUTION
Always wear relatively tight and belted clothing to avoid getting caught in moving parts. Wear sturdy,

Remove Components from Shipping Configuration
1.Remove the banding that holds the box scrapers to pallet.
2.Remove hitch pins (5) with lock washers and nuts shown in Figure 8.
