•Technical Assistance Card is not fully completed and returned to a WorldSpace office within 10 days of consumer purchase.

•Instructions given in the User’s Guide are not strictly followed.

•Defects occur as a result of improper or reckless use or handling.

•Work or servicing is performed on this receiver by a non-authorized dealer.

•Modifications or alterations are performed on any of the circuits of the receiver.

•The receiver’s 18-digit serial number is tampered with or removed from receiver.
