From Windows 95/98

1Open your document.

2From the File menu, select Print.

3In the Print dialog box, select your printer name from the Name drop-down list box.

4Click the Properties button.

5In the Properties dialog box, select the desired print settings.

6Click the Device Options tab.

7In the Printer features box, select Staple.

8In the Change setting for drop-down list box, select the desired staple option.

9Click OK to return to the Print dialog box.

10Click OK to print your job.

From Windows NT 4.0

1Open your document.

2From the File menu, select Print.

3In the Print dialog box, select your printer name from the Name drop-down list box.

4Click the Properties button.

5In the Properties dialog box, select the desired print settings.

6Click on the Advanced tab.

7Click on Document Options.

8Click on Staple.

9From the Change ‘Staple’ Setting menu, select the desired staple option.

10Click OK to return to the Print dialog box.

11Click OK to print your document.
