From Mac OS 7.6 and above

1Open your document.

2From the File menu, select Page Setup.

3Select the desired paper size and orientation.

4Click OK.

5From the File menu, select Print.

6From the drop-down list box immediately beneath the printer name, select Output Options.

7From the Staple drop-down list box, select the desired staple option.

8Click Print to print your job.
