OPERATION

STARTING	1
1. With the parking brake applied,
turn the drive select lever to “F” for	2
forward, or “R” for reverse.
CAUTION	3
Do not shift from “F” forward to “R”
reverse while the utility car is mov-
ing.

2. Turn the main switch to “ON.”
WARNING	5
Do not depress the accelerator
pedal when turning on the main
switch or the utility car may sud-	6
denly start moving.
3. Pull the choke knob out and hold it	7
while starting. Release the choke
knob after the engine starts.

The choke is not required when the
engine is warm.
4. Check that your path is clear in the	10
direction you plan to go, and slow-

ly depress the accelerator pedal. The utility car will start to move.

The parking brake automatically releases when the accelerator pedal is depressed.
