When any of this unit’s decoders function, the respective indicator lights up.
Lights up when this unit is receiving a strong signal for an FM stereo broadcast while the AUTO indicator is lit.
Lights up when Virtual CINEMA DSP is active (see page 36).
3SILENT CINEMA indicatorLights up when headphones are connected and a sound field program is selected (see page 31).
4Input source indicatorsA cursor lights to show the current input source.
5Sound field indicatorsLight to indicate the active DSP sound fields.

6CINEMA DSP indicatorLights up when you select a CINEMA DSP sound field program.
7YPAO indicatorLights up during the auto setup procedure and when the auto setup speaker settings are used without any modifications.
8AUTO indicatorLights up when this unit is in automatic tuning mode.
9TUNED indicatorLights up when this unit is tuned into a station.
Flashes to show that a station can be stored.
BMUTE indicatorFlashes while the MUTE function is on.
CVOLUME level indicationIndicates the current volume level.
DPCM indicatorLights up when this unit is reproducing PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) digital audio signals.
ESTANDARDLights up when a decoder is selected (see page 34).
FNIGHT indicatorLights up when you select night listening mode.
GSP A B indicatorsLight up according to the set of front speakers selected. Both indicators light up when both sets of speakers are selected.
HHeadphones indicatorLights up when headphones are connected.
IHiFi DSP indicatorLights up when you select a HiFi DSP sound field program.
JShows the current sound field program name and other information when adjusting or changing settings.
