Something Not Working
Certain problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved easily without calling out an engineer. Before contacting your local Service Centre, please carry out the checks listed below.
During machine operation it is possible that one of the following messages appears on the display:
Problem with filters/condenser | ......«Please clean filters/condenser» Please check filters/condenser. |
Problem with water reservoir | «The tank is full, please empty» Please check the water reservoir. |
Door open | «Can’t lock door» Please check the door. |
Once the problem has been eliminated, press the START/PAUSE button to restart the programme.
IMPORTANT: if the «Warning» message and an alarm code (e.g. E21) appear on the display and the buzzer sounds, switch the machine off and call the Service Centre.

If after the above checks, there is still a fault, call your local Service Force Centre.
