MAINTENANCE

Blade replacement:

WARNING!

Blades are sharp. Protect your hands with gloves and/or wrap blades with a heavy cloth when handling.

Remove blade bolt by turning counterclockwise.

Tunnel deck blades are sharpened on both sides and can be installed either way. Combi deck blades are not sharpened on both sides.

Install and tighten blade bolt securely.

Tunnel Ram Deck - Torque blade bolt to 90 ft/lbs (122 Nm).

Combi Deck - Torque blade bolt to 57-61 ft/lbs (77-82 Nm).
