CHARGING THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
3.Attach the air regulator to the hydraulic oil tank cap with fitting and to the air hose. See Figure 3. Make sure the air regulator is in the off position. Figure 4
4.Turn the air compressor on and dial in 7 pounds on the air regulator gauge. Do not exceed more than 10 pounds of pressure, doing so may result in system failure and/or personal injury.
5.With the air regulator attached to the hydraulic oil tank cap, carefully screw the tank cap onto the hydraulic tank. Figure 5
6.Watch the return line for hydraulic oil. When the oils flows through the return line, the hydraulic system has been charged. Figure 6
7.Tighten the charge relief valves on both pumps.
8.Remove the hydraulic charging kit and replace the hydraulic oil tank cap.
