BLADE REPLACEMENT

1.Secure the deck and position the blades for easy access.

2.Remove the (8) cap screws P#(K0297) from the cutting blades.

3.Inspect the cutting blade P#(TBB-0190), and sharpen if possible. When sharpening, use Figure 2-1a for reference.

4.Check the cutting tooth P#(TBB-0165) for wear. If the cutting tooth needs replacement, mount the new tooth 5/8” from the tip of the tooth to the face of the hammer module P#(TBB-0137).

5.Install the cutting blades as shown in Figure 2-1b.
