Setup Procedure

Uncrating

Remove crate & banding.

 

 

Place transmissions in ROLL RELEASE position & roll off

Battery Activation &

Charge the battery (Note: proceed with other setup steps

 

Installation

while battery is charging).

 

 

Install & secure battery.

Mower Assembly

Install the seat.

 

 

Install the seat safety switch.

 

 

Set up the ground speed control levers.

 

 

Torque the mower blade hardware.

Check Fluid Levels

Fill & check Engine oil level.

 

 

Reduce & check tire pressures

 

 

(Front tires 18-20 psi, rear tires 10-12 psi).

Lubrication

Lubricate all grease & oil points.

Burnish PTO Clutch

Burnish PTO clutch (run for 15 seconds, repeat 10 times).

SAFETY CHECKS

Perform SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM CHECK.

 

 

Perform MOWER BLADE STOPPING CHECK.

(Blade must stop within 5 seconds!)
