1050 Left speaker box

For access, remove the following FRUs:

“1010 Rear cover” on page 28

“1020 Right speaker box” on page 32

“1030 Hinge frame and pivot” on page 36

“1040 Main camera” on page 39

1.Remove two screws a for fixing the left speaker box to the main body.

2.Detach the left speaker box from its installation position.

3.Remove the left speaker box after the main PCBA is removed from the main body.

Notes:

The left speaker box, as well as the power switch, are connected to the main PCBA via FPCs and cannot be removed at this stage of the service procedure.

Disconnect the left speaker box after removing the main PCBA from the front module of the tablet. Please refer to the operation task “1080 Main PCBA” on page 46.
