1 Introduction

The Kodak ScanMate i1120 Scanner is a desktop color scanner that scans two sides of a document in a single pass at 20 pages per minute. The ScanMate i1120 Scanner can accommodate 50 documents in the feeder for scanning. Smart touch functionality is included which allows you to send documents to variety of destinations. The TWAIN Datasource is also bundled with the scanner for all of your image processing needs.

This User’s Guide provides information and procedures for the Kodak ScanMate i1120 Scanner using the TWAIN Datasource.

Small, compact size.

 

• Scans up to 21.6 x 86 cm / 8.5 x 34 inches using the automatic

 

 

document feeder when the host PC is configured with adequate

 

 

memory. See the section entitled, “System requirements” for more

 

 

information.

 

Scans 20 letter-size documents per minute at 200 dpi, in black and

 

 

white.

 

• Smart touch functionality allows you to send documents to file, email,

 

 

printers, fax printers or desktop applications that support TIFF, JPEG,

 

 

RTF, PDF and searchable PDF, and to the ScanSoft PaperPort,

 

 

ScanSoft OmniPage and Presto! BizCard 5 application included with

 

 

the scanner.

 

Choose color, black and white, grayscale, simultaneous black and

 

 

white and grayscale, or simultaneous black and white and color.

 

Easy cleaning and maintenance.

 

Output resolutions from 75 to 1200 dpi.

 

Bundled with the TWAIN Datasource.

 

High speed USB 2.0 interface.
