Reading the Bible

 

 

 

The simplest way to use this Bible is to se- lect a book from the Old or New Testament and then read its text.

1.Press CLEAR .

2.Press MENU .

3.Use the arrow keys to high- light a book on the Old or New menu. For example, highlight Romans under New.

4.Press ENTER to go to the first verse of that book.

5.Use , DN , or SPACE to read it. To learn how to use the other Direc- tion keys, refer to the Key Guide.

6. Press MENU to return to the

menus.

The check marks the book that you last read.

7.Press CLEAR to clear your selection.

Where in the Bible Are You?

When you’re reading any Bible verse, you can view its book, chap- ter, and verse number by pressing

?.
