Web Printer Manager Tool Requirements

To use the Web Printer Manager Tool (Web PMT) with firmware version 9.0, you must have the following software and hardware:

•Synergix Print System 8825, 8830, 8850, 8855, 510dp, 721p, or X2-TECH Printer

ŸAccXES Controller, firmware version 8.0 Memory (RAM): Factory installed RAM varies from 64 MB to 192 MB depending upon Controller model.

ŸAccXES Controller with the integrated 10/100 BaseTX (Access to the Web PMT is not supported over the 3003 XTP NIC, the serial port, or the parallel port.)

-Tower Controller 2.0 (UP8) for 8855

-Embedded Controller 2.0 (N5T/CNG) for 8830 and 8850

-Embedded Controller 3.0 (EV4) for 8825

-Standalone Controller for X2-TECH (KLF)

-Standalone Controller for all printers when available (HFT)

ŸNote that a 9GB or larger capacity hard drive is recommended to support the optional Color Scan-to-Net and scan-to-print.

ŸOptional Finishing Device (Folder)

ŸOptional Adobe PostScript feature license to support PostScript printing

ŸOptional Scan-to-Net feature license to support Scan-to-Net

ŸOptional Scan-to-Print feature license

ŸDesktop computer with Netscape Navigator 7.0 (or newer) or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 (or newer) installed.

ŸScreen resolution required is 800x600, or higher.

ŸA network connection based on the TCP/IP protocol
