Ease of Use

Device functions are controlled by a selection of buttons, including one-button access to copy, scan and fax menus, plus a full keyboard for easy text entry. More advanced features are accessed with four navigation buttons that select programming attributes in the two-line LCD display. Access print-quality settings, such as contrast and resolution, and switch to economical “Toner Saver” printing at the easy touch of a button.

For normal copy jobs that require no special settings, simply place the original on the platen or in the ADF and press the green button — the copy is on its way in just two steps.
