Here are some suggestions for conserving battery power:
•If you will not be using the pen tablet for a few minutes, put the pen tablet in Suspend mode (see “Suspending the System” on page
•If you will not be using the pen tablet for an extended period of time, such as at the end of your work day, shut down the system.

Using Connectors and Peripheral Interfaces
Connectors and peripheral interfaces on the Point 1600 pen tablet allow you to connect a variety of equipment to the pen tablet, such as a microphone, headphones, keyboard, or printer. You can also connect your pen tablet to one of several cradles, which allow you to connect to stationary peripherals easily.
