Removal and Replacement Procedures

Fiscal interface assembly

1.Power OFF the printer by either powering off the terminal or unplugging the external power source from the electrical outlet.

2.Remove the fiscal printer seal that covers the fiscal screw.

3.Remove the fiscal screw.

4.Remove the CompactFlash card by pressing the card eject button with a pencil.

5.Flip the printer upside down.

6.Loosen the interface assembly screw on the bottom of the printer.

Note: After the repair, follow the local procedures to reseal (if applicable) the machine, and return the machine to service. Additional procedures or paper work may be required.
