Run the following two tests sequentially. See the IBM Store Systems: Hardware Service Manual for
1.Run the printer offline test in the maintenance manual and troubleshoot any failure there.
2.When the printer offline test runs correctly, continue with the printer test.
Note: If there is an error message while running the diagnostic, see Table 5 on page 27 or Table 4 on page 26. If the message is not in one of these tables, see the messages in the IBM Store Systems: Hardware Service Manual for
Diagnostic and service diskettes
