You cannot access the CD-ROM drive or the CD-ROM icon does not display (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0).

When

 

the

CD-ROM

drive

is

properly

installed,

a

CD-ROM

icon

 

will

be

found

in

the

Computer

window.

To

verify

that

the

icon

 

is

there:

Double-click

Look

for

an

icon

labeled

CD-ROM.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If

a

 

CD-ROM

icon

is

not

present

 

in

 

the

window

that

Make

sure

that

the

drive

has

been

properly

sure

that

configuration

jumper

set

properly.
