Error handling

Should an error occur, first check the following points. If the distortion is still not eliminated, the monitor should, if possible, be checked on another computer and/or with another data cable.

If you are unable to solve the problem, please inform our Help Desk.

The display is too small or not centered

The monitor recognizes an undefined mode (see "Technical data").

ÊAdjust the picture size and position (see "Operation of the monitor").

No display (power indicator does not light)

ÊCheck whether the monitor is switched on.

ÊCheck whether the power cable on the monitor is connected correctly.

ÊCheck whether the monitor socket of the computer is live.
