Fiber Cable Specifications

To connect to the network, the NC3133, NC6132, and NC6133 upgrade modules use

100BASE-FX, 1000 BASE-SX, or 1000BASE-LX fiber cable, respectively. Table C-13 and Table C-14 describe the fiber types, mode, cable size, and maximum distance specifications for the fiber upgrade modules.

NOTE: All fiber upgrade modules use SC type connectors.
