2. System Requirements

In order to completely create and display presentations using Presenter-to-Go it is necessary to have a Palm or Sony handheld, a desktop or laptop computer, and a display device. The corresponding system requirements are listed below:

Handheld

A Palm handheld with Palm OS 4.0 (or higher) and SD support or a Sony CLIE handheld with Palm OS 4.0 (or higher) and MS support.

Desktop or Laptop

32 MB RAM

50 MB Hard Drive

Windows® 98, 98SE, Millennium, 2000, XP, NT4 or Mac OS 8.5-9.2 Operating System

Presenter-to-Go Toolbar Plug-in support for Microsoft PowerPoint® 97, 2000 & XP and Mac 98 and 2001 versions.

A cradle and Palm Desktop software loaded.

Display Device

Any Display Device with HD-15 (VGA) connector and support for 1024 x 768 or 800x600 resolution. This includes most CRT monitors and most graphics projectors.

3.PC & Handheld Installation/Setup

Installing the Presenter-to-Go PC Creation Software.

Check that your PC meets the System Requirements for operating system and hardware requirements described in Sections 2. Run SETUP on the Presenter-to-Go CD to install the Presenter-to-Go presentation creation software (and the PowerPoint Add-in.) on your PC. The SETUP program may auto-run on some systems.

Presenter-to-Go will install into a default folder under Program Files. If you wish to install the software elsewhere, you may do so at this point in the installation process.
