• Make sure that the lamp module door is fully

 

 

 

closed.

 

 

 

• Make sure that the cable connectors do not

 

 

 

have any bent pins.

 

 

 

• Replace the lamp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lamp shuts off.

• A minor power surge may cause the lamp to
