Unit does not Print in Color
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to print a document in color, refer to the check list below.
CHECK1 Is the printer driver set to the color print option?
Click the "Advanced" tab in the properties dialog box, and change the "Output Type" setting to "Color".

CHECK2 Does the application you are using support color printing?
Some applications may not support color printing. Use an application that supports color printing.
