You can access the Aastra CNX console locally or remotely. Ensure that you | Console port parameters | |||
configure your terminal or PC (terminal emulator) console port parameters. |

To connect a local PC or terminal: |

Remote connection
To connect a remote PC and an Aastra CNX to an Ethernet LAN:
a.Attach one end of an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the PC, and the other end to a LAN port.
b.Attach one end of an Ethernet cable to an Ethernet port on the back panel of the Aastra CNX, and the other end to a LAN port.
